Very friendly and helpful receptionists, vet called "viv" here is good aswel with my exotic pets. Never had a issue and would recommend them as they are better than other vets in Kenilworth and Coventry, they always listen and get things done when request anything. Only things I would prefer is for that they had is a sloped ramp outside for pushchairs, and anyone needing it to be wheelchair accessible and that they had more facilities like ultrasound scan, and be better if they were open Saturdays.

Disappointed - there are widespread concerns with over vaccinating and the Nurse wasn't supportive with my choice as a dog owner, not to over vaccinate or to give a Raw diet which have clear health benefits.
