Fantastic Service, Super friendly and helpful. Felt like my cat was getting exactly the treatment she needed. She felt very relaxed there which is a testament to the quality of staff. couldnt recommend them enough. but dont go there i dont want to have to compete for appointments

Random experiences with different vets each time. Some good, some not. Unfortunately when it came to the euthanization of our dog they were not very helpful or sympathetic. No call back following 4 calls to firm up the appt they then blamed a diary mix up, annual leave, a vets broken finger - were just some of the excuses - and basically left a dog with no pain killers at the end of her life. I'm sorry to say this as my mum has been a life long customer and there is ONE particularly good and responsive vet there - the practice is nowhere near as good as it used to be.

Well my first time at medivet vets and such lovely people who work there treated my pet good explain things good to me service fantastic, I wouid recommend this vets to my friends who have pets , appointments easy to get fit you in with times to suit you, even got a free ball for the cat gave her very sweet that she loves it lol, thank you again to all who treated and looked after harley thank you.
