Took payment for medication, gave no receipt then phoned a week later demanding payment. I explained I had already paid however, they proceeded to send to debt collector. NO RECEIPT and lied about what I had paid for. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!

I visited Medivet with my husband and we waited for 30 minutes over our appointment time. The waiting area consisted of a few chairs right next to a builder drilling into the wall, causing dust to fall right into my face. I have a dust allergy and it made me very ill over Christmas. I am pregnant and cannot take antihistamines unfortunately When we finally saw the vet, she was rude to us. We said we suspected our ragdoll cat may be pregnant. We have a male ragdoll cat and had wanted them to have one litter before being neutered. She told us off for breeding and said our unneutered cat would likely get an aggressive cancer tumour. She then took our cat away and came back to say 'no your cat is fat and eats a lot.' She was very abrupt with us, although did say to come back in a few weeks to check again. We had such an awful experience we decided to never go back again. We had visited several times before and our appointment was always about 30 minutes late, plus each time we saw a different vet so there was no personal touch. My cat was also traumatised from the drilling noises and disruption. A few weeks later our cat Cleo gave birth to a beautiful litter. We are now with Village Vet who have been amazing, Cleo will see the same vet each time and get the proper care that every pet owner wants. Dad cat has since been neutered at Village Vet who were incredible with him also.
