I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed and so shocked with their irresponsible service. My dog did an urine sample in early March as the vet suspected my dog has kidney disease, was told there’s bacteria in it that my dog has to do another sample asap and if there’s bacteria we had to treat that immediately. I went there for 2nd sample in mid March, was told the result would be out in 1-2 days. This is something very urgent, not something you can wait for a year to get the results. But No one called me at all. I waited for a few days and called them a few times, every time the receptionist told me someone would call me back that day, but they never come back to me. What’s the point of doing the test and not letting me know the result? Sounds like you just care about the money? As a pet parent, I’m very concerned about my dog’s health and well-being, that’s why I’m willing to pay whatever I can to make sure my dog to go through all the tests that they recommend, but this kind of service is not just a waste of money but adding stress to the whole situation too. The service is totally unacceptable and shocking that no one bother to contact you (even with me chasing) after 2 weeks of the test, and I believe they will never call me back. I still find it unbelievable that a service could be this bad and irresponsible…

Very lovely staff especially the receptionists. I was made to feel very comfortable even when I asked the vet not to fuss too much with my ten week pup as I’m training him. She respected my request without the feeling of judgment towards me. I am happy I found the perfect vet!

The staff and veterinarians are all very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They are always happy to answer questions whether in person or when we call in. Easy to get an appointment and reasonably priced as well. I would definitely recommend. It is quite clear they love what they do and care about my dog’s health and well-being.

Very shocked at my experience with this vet. I'm a first time dog owner and didn't realise vet practices could be money grabbing corporations. This branch is clearly biased against oversea rescue dogs. The vet was extremely dismissive and almost condescending when we told him our dog history. Misdiagnosed my dog with "ear polyps" and suggested a CT scan over the phone when I noticed my dog experiencing discomfort. It was in fact ear wax built up ... The way the vet was handling the dog was terrible. No care, no kindness, hard to think they have the animal welfare at heart. To top it off the man working at reception made fun of my name. Are you 12?

The staff and vets at Medivet Greenwich were so helpful and kind when I recently booked in my elderly cat for a claw trim. They went above and beyond to make sure his visit was as stress free as possible. They couldn’t have done more. I’m so grateful to them.
