Beware. I have been bringing my dog to this vets for years. There has recently been a change in vets and my oh my. How I cannot warn you enough to stay away. Arrogant. Rude. And bullies. My 13 year old dog was given an ultimatum of surgery for GBP2500 or to be put down the same day. With the vet telling us to make a decision quick as he was on his own when there should have been 3 vets! Told me my dog was in extreme pain. Even though eating, content, tail wagging and affectionate. Decided to go for a second opinion where they said they absolutely would NOT recommend surgery. Very unlikely to make it. Also disagree that my dog was in pain at all! I would have put him down if I'd listened to Fulham! When I called again to check on medication I had another vet shouting at me down the line that they'd discharged him to go elsewhere and again shouting YOUR DOG IS IN A LOT OF PAIN. I informed the vet who had never even seen my dog that I had sought a second opinion who completely disagreed with their prognosis. She didn't allow me to speak and again shouted me down. ZERO bedside manner. They do not even appear as if they like animals if I'm honest. No empathy. And a complete and absolute disgrace. If you have any concern for your animal DO NOT VISIT THIS VETS. Such an upsetting experience. And I am so glad to I trusted my instincts and went elsewhere and spoke to a vet who was compassionate and not money orientated.

The best vet (Azahara) at Notting Hill Medivet has moved to the Fulham branch - so I have followed her. It’s clear she loves her patients and goes above and beyond to look after them. It’s a rare quality and much appreciated
