Receptionists were very warm and welcoming and sorted our pets registration with ease. Our Vet Alex was calm and friendly while clearly explaining everything to us as he assessed our dog. He was the first person our dog has ever allowed to check her out and he was able to administer eye drops without her screaming or needing restraint, which is her norm. We are so grateful to have found this practice and Alex.
