Came here with my cat Kimchi and had a pleasant visit. Both the veterinarians were helpful and kind and so were the receptionists. I look forward to Kimchi getting her vaccines done next week 😊

Edit: I see they got rid of the vet that shouldnt of been there, which was the main issue, the other 2 times i visited they were decent so I have edited my review from a 1 star to a 4. Extremely unprofessional, the vet was clearly still drunk from the night before, she gave the cat the injection then forgot that she had and asked me if she had administered the injection or not, I then asked her a basic question about medication and she said it doesn’t exist, a simple google search revealed she was wrong and 3 more vets confirmed it’s a widely accessible medication.

Went to MediVet Dalston the other day and wasn’t seen by a qualified Veterinarian but a final year veterinary student! Still paid the same fee as if I had a consultation with a qualified vet. Was also a bit baffled the student had to consult reference books before administering any treatment and was almost mis-sold an extra vaccine treatment that wasn’t necessary, not only by the student vet but also the receptionist. A question to the greedy executives: What’s going on in your clinics MEDIVET management? Added Information Had a management response, which makes it look like they care or listen but if you follow the instructions and email them, they don’t respond.
