Huge thanks to the team at Medivet for seeing my cat straight away in an emergency when 4 other local vets either didn’t answer the phone or had no availability. The Medivet staff were all so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The op aftercare was excellent too and was included in the fee. Loki had come home with a large puncture wound on his side, and vet Lionel did an amazing job of stitching the hole up neatly, so that it was then able to heal correctly. It’s now 5 weeks on and he has almost fully healed, thanks to the care of the Medivet Team. We will definitely be booking with your practice in the future 😻

I am happy with the vet, the surgery in general BUT (there is a big but) I felt let down when I had to pay. I didn’t expect the visit to cost me £300 and felt trapped when it was time to pay. Your treatments are expensive but at the very least, you should let your customers know up front how much each actions are going to cost so we can make an informed decision. ex laboratory analysis will be £150. Getting the urine using a seringue £50 etc etc
