After my first review which I have now deleted when I made complaint about one of their receptionists being very rude towards me, where she humiliated me in front of other clients, I explained how upset I felt that day when I'm always kind and polite to them so expect them to be polite back, anyway they not interested about what I have to say, they say I'm not welcome at this practice anymore, but it's not my fault if one of their receptionist is rude. I'm very annoyed at this, and also the fact that I've visited another medivet practice recently which cost me alot in travelling in taxis, and the nurse at the Bermuda Park practice failed to get result I usually get from a regular procedure, then was told a vet a upper York Street practice could do it, then he said he could not do it either, so 2 wasted trips, costing me more money, I can't get compensation from all money I spend travelling, now I have to travel again to find another vet who will possibly fix my pets issue đđit's just very disappointing and upsettingđ˘, and very stressful, no apology what so ever, just say I'm not welcome back there, frankly after being treated badly I do not want to go back anyway. I do not recommend this practice

I was booked for a check up for my dog. The young vet called us inside first of all he was smelling Weed very badly ,I was trying to explain him the something is going wrong with my dog face as when im trying to touch her she doesnât let me and shake like something is not going well and he always like âeverything is fine â I canât see anything without trying to check at all i was trying to explain him that he hasnât even checked her how can he be sure about that and he called me Rude. I asked to be seeing from another vet and we found out that the my dog has a problem with her teeth. Ps was the second time I was disappointed from the same young doctor. I donât understand how can someone without experience and rude can be working and taking care of our babies . This was unexpecteable ,very unprofessional , . I was ready to make an official complaint but as im pregnant and i was very upset I didnât want to stay any longer in the vet as i had some breath problem at that moment.

Appalling, rang to try and get an appointment for our cat, called the York Street branch and was told needed to call Binley, they were just rude and unhelpful actually saying we have enough people on our books not interested, so basically no we will not see your cat. We had contacted them based on a recommendation can inky think they must have been on an off day when our friends used them, the way she spoke seemed like the normal standard. Luckily we saw another vet, recommendation for you all would be USE SOMEONE ELSE
