Very disappointed. My gerbil was passing away yesterday so I wanted to put him down for him to not suffer. I was turned away and sent elsewhere. Priority here is a bureaucracy not animals. The receptionist makes own decisions instead of letting the vet make them. No empathy at all. Shocking!!! My pet passed away peacefully at home a few hours later. (NO)Thank you MediVet Clerkenwell for NOT taking care of my pet and his end of life.
