Don't be afraid to ask for a second opinion. We took our cat to the same vet 3 times and a cancer was missed. He suffered for 4 weeks, before the vet suggested a referral or to bring him back a 4th time. At this point we didn't trust them so asked for a referral. The referral centre knew straight away he was dying of cancer, he was euthanized the next day, he was too weak and disease too far progressed for any treatment. I am not giving zero stars because they responded to our calls and emails everyday when we were worried. But it did not help as they still missed his diagnosis, so didn't really listen to us / take our concerns into consideration or examined our cat properly who ultimately suffered as a result. I don't want another person to go through the same traumatic experience as us. If your pet isn't getting better and your cat sees the same vet who refuses to reconsider their diagnosis or to examine your pet properly ask for a second opinion. Off course they charged us each time we took him too.

Very kind, caring and dependable practice. Completely trust them with our crew of canine and feline family-members, numerous of which have been registered at Cuffes for over 10yrs. From all of us, thank you ever so much!
