This practice is probably one of the best vets I’ve been to. Clean, tidy, very friendly and helpful staff. Was my first time here the nurse (I believe she was) upon arrival gave me a leaflet about healthcare plan for my kitten. The vet was late about 1 hour (which wasn’t an issue) as the nurse was feeding me loads of info that I didn’t even know about my Kitten. Once the vet arrived very straight to the point with all questions I had. Very friendly and caring towards my kitten. As I was leaving nurse asked me about pet insurance which I didn’t even know existed… very informative and wasn’t not at all forceful about it told me I was covered for 4 weeks for free after that I’d have to pay which was great and actually quite surprised that they’d do that. Booked my next appointment in 4 weeks! Very quick and efficient. Overall great service, great attitude & atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
