Poor service with my two messages not being responded to, which I find unprofessional and discourteous. Haven't complained, just wanted to go back with my dog and have a more thorough and worthwhile consultation. Booster and annual check up appointment and teeth, skin, ears, eyes, weight etc not checked!! Chaotic and noisy building work and appt running very late, my elderly dog was too stressed to be examined properly. It's a real shame I never heard back from anyone as have been a customer for many years. I would have thought they would have my pet's interest at heart and would want to re-check her at a calmer time and ensure she had a better and more reassuring experience. I'll go elsewhere in future.

Our animals used Kynoch Easthampstead vets for years. We've not been impressed with the Medivet take over though. Every time it's a different vet. No one is rude, but it seems that no one at the practice as any interest in the animal except as a bill that can be presented.
