Very rude receptionist. I've been bringing my dog and cats for years. But the receptionist that I spoke with today was awfully sarcastic and quite frankly very rude. She needs to adjust her tone when talking with clients. It is extremely off-putting and can drive clients away. It's a shame as the vet is very nice.
