Very good out of hours service on a Saturday night with a sick doggie. I had to wait a while for the vet (past the appointment time) but, once we were seen, my nervous dog was treated with great care by the vet. (I popped back on Sunday to collect something and also witnessed the swift and caring response they gave towards a very upset and anxious person with a scarily sick cat).

I just want to give a massive shout out to Patricia the night shift veterinary nurse who, at 00:30, drove with us to our house to help get our dog out the car and then helped remove his bandages. She is an absolute God send. She was so polite and helpful and really delightful in the wee hours of the morning.

Always polite staff that truly care for the pet. Helpful admin staff, flexible appointment booking system. Knowledgeable advice over the phone that sometimes saves the journey to practice. The only downside is the limited and difficult parking.
