Really great service from calling for advice, to being seen by the vet and sent home with treatment. Staff kept us inform we of wait time, as it was an out of hour appointment. The vet was great with our nervous dog and reassured us.

Routine check up for 2 cats. In and out quickly. The basics were checked. My only gripe is the communication we get from Medivet. I had an email to say my cats check up was due, another one a few weeks later. Didn't get around to it as busy but then got another email to say its overdue. That kicked me into action (genuine thanks) but when I called to make the appointment I was told the cat wasn't due for a check up for another month. I know the email reminders are automated but the system is flawed. Ended up waiting until now to bring in both cats as one was due in May, the other in June. Just feel that the service has become more automated and less personal since Medivet took over. I've been with Feldon for over 40 years and while I embrace improvement, growth, education etc the personal touch has gone, it feels very much like a conveyor belt. Someone new see's us every time we visit, there is little to no consistency of who we see and while medical notes are useful it doesn't beat the unspoken knowledge a vet has of an individual animal they get to know. Shame as it's an otherwise great practice.

Really upset to be writing this. As the Bedworth/Nuneaton branch has been great. However, when we suddenly lost our dog in January. We had the cremation, requested and paid for the ashes and paw print however through someone's incompetence we did not receive the paw prints. A refund was offered however we would have much rather the paw print. Felt very let down. Just always make sure before they do anything as it was very poor and personally a heartbreaking experience.
