My sons puppy broke her leg today and is a lot of pain , we took the puppy to medivet and they wouldn’t help with our puppy unless he paid over £1100 there and then but most of all they didn’t really care about the puppy or how she was crying in pain, they just wanted to tell us the price and said if we couldn’t pay the only thing to do is get the dog put to sleep or hand your dog over to a RSPCA but not once did they help my sons puppy thanks for nothing med vet ,

Atrocious experience. Pet misdiagnosed, followed by miscommunications, over an over again. After 7 days of suffering, the pet was put in our arms and told to go see another veterinary doctor, as they missed the window to undertake surgery ... the 'internal investigation' was another opportunity for all the staff to lie in their statements, along with the person in charge. Liars, incompetents, beyond belief. Keep your pets away! One star is too much for their failures.
