    This is an excellent beginners course in meditation and a really nice way to spend your evening. Jennifer mixes a range of meditations with group interaction which is easy and enjoyable. There is a full range of types of meditation all delivered with backgound. This course has given me a great start to 2022 and I plan to continue as Im feeling benefits.

    I did Jennifer's Beginners Meditation course because I was looking for calm in my life. There are plenty of people out there who use meditation as part of therapy but I wanted to learn how to do it on my own from a real pro. Jennifer is a qualified and accredited meditation practitioner so I felt confident about what I could learn from her. Over the 4 weeks she taught us a number of breathing techniques and shared some guided meditations that I now use on a daily basis.
