Very poor after sales service. Recently purchased my 3rd bracelet which unfortunately has a faulty clasp and the bracelet keeps falling off I have emailed them twice for help and they have not even paid me the courtesy of an acknowledgement let a lone any help I will not be buying anything else from them and advise everyone to avoid this company Allen Davis
