Had Botox in October and it didn’t take well. I went back for my top up and was told I would be charged an extra £50 per area something I couldn’t after after already paying £350 for the initial treatment. I have try to get the issue resolved through management but I seem to have been ignored. Avoid there’s plenty more aestheticians out there that will not rip you off!

This is the best salon by far. I have been visiting Medispa S10 for a number of years and just love how friendly all the staff are and how comfortable and at ease they make you feel. I live in Nottingham now and still visit the Sheffield Medispa S10 salon as I can not find anywhere else that comes anywhere close to the level of service, care and range of latest treatments they offer. I have been a client of Medispa S10 since it first opened. I initially went with severe acne, Medispa S10 were able to recommend a course of treatment that was easy to use and had no negative side effects (unlike other prescriptions used to treat acne). Whilst I still get the occasional blemish, my skin is clear and I have very little scaring as a result of the treatment that was prescribed by Medispa S10. I would recommend Medispa S10 to anyone who has a problem with their skin. Everyone at Medispa S10 has detailed knowledge of all of the products and services available, which is a testament to their professionalism and commitment to providing excellent and bespoke advice. Nothing is too much trouble for Medispa S10, I trust them implicitly.

I’ve been visiting Medispa S10 for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are friendly, kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable about all the treatments they offer. They are also very honest and will only recommend treatments they know will be beneficial. I always ask their opinion before taking the plunge and I know from past experience, they always tell me the truth. They’re a fantastic team.
