Although my condition was not serious, Andy stayed with us until we could get to the main road, ensured that we were ok and could make our way home safely and have follow up advice.     Extremly rude staff members, unecessarily aggressive confrontational attitude. My husband had a bad experience with their staff while working an event and the company's owner was not interested in hearing about his staff's physical threats of violence. They have since had his negative review blocked/ removed by google. It's John Smith posted and you its been removed. When I emailed you because he was busy at the event you were so blatantly dismissive and argumentative he never bothered calling you himself. You also said you'd rather hear from the events management company and since they haven't bothered complaining on his behalf what can he a lowly temp contractor hope to achieve
