Je rappelle donc la secrétaire pour qu’elle m’explique comment faire, et encore une fois, elle me fait comprendre de manière exécrable qu’elle ne peut pas m’aider et que je suis bête de ne pas comprendre. Je me questionne donc réellement sur le recrutement de cette secrétaire qui, en tant que secrétaire, se doit d’aimer un minimum le contact avec le client et de savoir répondre aux réponses basiques en rapport avec son domaine, deux choses qu’elle ne sait visiblement absolument pas faire. Je ne laisse jamais de commentaire négatif en général, mais ne passez jamais par le secrétariat car c’est une grosse perte de temps et surtout d’énergie.
