So I bought and paid for a product on there website at the price advertised. S couple of hours letter I received an email asking me to pay more as there was a price increase. NOT MY PROBLEM. You advertised it and I bought it, no questions asked. I think it's totally rude to ask to pay more. You trying to rip customers off is not right. I've contacted my bank about the payment and if it's not refunded they will take it further. I've also asked them to black list your name. When I mentioned this to your sales support lady I spoke to, she wasn't bothered. DISGUSTING

DO NOT ORDER FROM MEDICAL WORLD. Go to Williams Medical Supplies or Medisave instead. Absolutely laughable service - phlebotomy chair ordered in February, being delivered in May. Have had to repeatedly chase only to be ignored and having to chase again. No attempt at mediation, no attempt to rectify the problem, not even an offer to refund the delivery fee when the product hasn’t been delivered for over 3 months. I operate a clinic that goes through over 30k of medical consumables and equipment annually and haven’t ever experienced anything as pathetic as I have from this atrocious company.
