Not impressed, placed an online order via the website on 18th, money has been confirmed as being paid by my bank on 20th, and on 22nd it is still showing as awaiting processing, with no status e-mails to explain the delay in order fulfillment.

Not dealt with kmed before also called medical store London. Wasn't sure what to expect as no trust pilot ratings. But I was blown away by fantastic service. Joanna was super helpful and they got my CPAP machine to me the next day (Saturday) when I was expecting it Monday. But to my surprise it arrived Saturday 0830 ... The unit was packaged great and was as expected... Also on top of that it was a great price

I spoke to a lady on the phone and asked if she stocked a theraband flexbar, she sounded confused but looked it up on her computer. She said she stocked various models, including a "heavy" model. I asked her if this was green, she confirmed it was and confirmed the price on the phone. I asked for the closing time and told her I would return that day to collect. Upon arrival, the young gentleman did not know the product but tried to help me find it; we looked together to no avail. He called down to the lady working downstairs who said they had the item. When she found the item, we realised it was not a flexbar but another theraband product (a band). That was mildly frustrating as I had cycled across London to buy this instead of buying online. I wanted to support a local London business. The rating reflects the poor stock advice from the lady, but relatively decent service from the gentleman who greeted me.
