Very approachable and very knowledgeable and they go all out to comunicate with everyone no matter what individual abilities are.   I recently needed expert help due to medical negligence, as I had a couple of falls whilst in hospital as an inpatient which resulted in a fractured back. I knew in my mind that the falls should never have happened but really didn’t know how to go about taking my worries and concerns any further. I needed professional help with what to me at the time seemed like a massive, overwhelming task. I contacted Medical Solicitors who immediately put my mind at ease.   Outstanding service provided thoughout the whole entire time my claim was going on, always kept updated no matter how small or big it was. Very friendly polite and professional! Each member was always at the end of the phone when something I didn't understand needed to be explained. Easy to communicate with you never failed to get back to me even when I emailed or phoned and left a message. They worked very close and hard to get my claim where it needed to be and supported me in every way Matthew and his team possibility could. Worked around me when I couldn't discuss things on the phone, wasn't rushed into anything, everything was properly explained broken down and never made me feel like I couldn't email or phone about anything at anytime.Always so understanding with my timing and circumstances. I was never made to rush into something I wasn't quite sure on or ready for. Matthew was a great pleasure be work with within my case as well as a number members of his team they all worked extremely hard to get my claim where it needed to be!   I contacted Medical Solicitors over a year ago to discuss my concerns over medical negligence during childbirth over 3 yrs ago. A few companies had knocked us back due to the time constraints of making a case that happened so long ago. Through many conversations and emails,which where very supportive, MS took on our case and fought for our case with the hospital to give us a year extension for the claim. Unfortunately almost 9 months later and after medical experts digging very deep into our case, it turns out the outcome of my traumatic labour was unavoidable so my case ended there. However I am extremely grateful for all the help and support MS have given to me and my husband this past year. No stone was left unturned, the communication was excellent and I felt very much involved at each stage of the process. Caroline Moore the solicitor who lead our case was just fabulous in supporting us every step of the way and having to tell my story to a complete stranger was very upsetting and daunting but Caroline was very empathetic and someone I felt I could trust from the very start. They are a brilliant company and I highly recommend them for ensuring that they will uncover the truth about complex cases.. whatever the outcome. Thanks Caroline, Jen and Gareth

  I have recently used Medical Solicitors and I can honestly say they worked above and beyond for me. I was kept informed every step of the way and was always treated with the upmost respect. I was given sound advice in certain areas and assistance when required. If there was anything I didn’t quite understand it was explained to me so that I could. Everybody’s case is personal to them and Medical Solicitors made sure I knew this to be the case and treated my situation just so too. Although it was a long winded process, it has now come to an end and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Even now I still receive correspondence with Medical Solicitors pointing me in the right direction for my future which is, well just brilliant of them as they could easily just close the case and be done with it but they haven’t which shows further personal touches, which for me goes a long way. All members of staff I had contact with were professionals and approachable, compassionate snd understanding and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this firm if you want the job done! I cannot thank Medical Solicitors enough. I hope they continue to help others in the way they have helped me.
