Wow. What wonderful people Harry and Rachel are. We couldn’t have wished for nicer people to come and rescue us, well my Dad, from abroad. Never been so relieved we took out travel insurance cos this meant we had excellent care for my dad and I highly recommend Harry & Rachel should you find yourself in the predicament we did. Having a loved fall ill is unnerving and we all felt vulnerable. But the care we all received from them really is why I’m on here recommending them to you 😊♥️

You never expect the worse whilst on holiday as it’s never planned, but we needed medical assistance urgently for my son who was assaulted. With emotions all over the place and in some panic, the Consulate gave us Harry’s (Harald Walseth) contact details. Immediately he reassured myself that he would do everything possible to help my son. Calls were answered and returned, emails replied to and always kept me up to date. His calming influence was a massive factor in helping us get through this torrid time. The whole process happened exactly the way Harry said it would from the Ambulances arrival in Tenerife to the landing time at RAF Northolt. As you can appreciate family members in the UK were also in contact with Harry looking for answers and updates. Nothing was too much for Harry, it probably felt like he was doubling up his effort having to relay information again and again. My son landed safely with quality care on board and super professional people around him. For me Harry’s work was done but Harry didn’t see it that way, he continues to reach out with sincere words and genuine concern. We as a family are truly grateful to Harry and can’t thank him enough

Most repatriation companies are good but Medical Repatriations are excellent. They will go above and beyond to get their patient home safely and comfortably. They will also arrange hospital admissions. Families will also not be ignored, they are treated as well as the patient and kept informed on all aspects from start to finish. Cannot speak highly enough about Harry.

I have known Harry on a personal level for10+ years fortunately not requiring his Medical and Repatriation Expertise, which I know to be of the highest standard and would never contemplate seeking help from other sources. If ever in need of help I would always call Harry @ Medical Repatriations. Harry's Professionalism I believe is second to none. Harry will always go that Extra Mile, to help those in need, who feel alone & helpless in times of great stress & vulnerability.

Mission Impossible achieved …But only because Harald Walseth at Medical Repatriation UK, was in charge. Imraan needed to repatriate his mother who, after a severe stroke back in 2016, needed oxygen and was paralysed down her left-hand side. In October 2020, following the unexpected death of her husband who was also her primary carer, she found herself stranded in Reading, 6000 miles away from her family in Cape Town. She had been left dependent on the state and faced going alone into a nursing home (where COVID-19 restrictions would have prevented her from having visitors). Imraan came over from SA on a visitor's visa to look after her and to fly her back home to her children and grandchildren. But soon this journey began to seem impossible especially as her medics refused to write the necessary supporting letters plus quotes from repatriation companies were far beyond the reach of the family. And then we found Harald Walseth at Medical Repatriation UK, from the Government list of Repatriation Companies. Immediately he took on the task of getting the supporting letters from her doctors. Once he had the letters, he set about organising flights, the accompanying medical team, the oxygen supply & ambulance transport to and fro airports. Despite all the quarantine and travel restrictions at the time, due to COVID-19 pandemic rules, I am so incredibly pleased to be able to say that Imraan and his mother were able to return home and had a happy 13months with family and friends. Their journey home was by no means easy. There were completely unforeseeable nail-biting moments along the way, which tested the resolve of everyone involved, but without a doubt, it was Harald Walseth, at Medical Repatriation UK, with his experience and commitment that made it all possible. THANK YOU Dr Barbara Brockway Cousin and family friend Fairford, Glos. UK

I really can't praise Harald enough for the care and attention I received when I was repatriated to the UK by Medical Repatriations following an accident whilst on holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he handled the transfer from hospital to airport and back to the UK smoothly and professionally whilst maintaining my comfort and dignity throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending Medical Repatriations services to anyone who is in the unfortunate situation of needing to be repatriated for whatever reason.

I shall be forever grateful to Harry for the wonderful service he gave me during the worst time of my life. My son had a massive stroke while living abroad, and Harry took care of everything involved in getting him back to the UK and into a local Hospital. His service and manner throughout the complicated process was exemplary.
