I’m a massage therapist who was looking to improve my knowledge of A&P and common ailments and injuries that I tend to see in clients. I wanted to improve my service to clients with these needs. I have found Sam’s Common Medical Conditions of the lower limbs course very interesting, and easily accessible (I’m someone who has struggled with A&P in the past!) I can pick it up when best suits me to fit around my job, and there is no looming deadline which is great. It’s the only course I managed to find that was more medically focused but as a CPD course that you can make fit around you. Thanks Sam!

I started doing breathwork classes with Medical massage Lady a few weeks ago now once a week and I can honestly say it is helping me so much with my anxiety and to also quieten my busy mind,..I have notice my lung capacity getting better and my diaphragm not being so tight,..its very relaxing and Sam is very good at helping you keep track of where you are throughout the class so you dont lose the momentum,.I recommend these classes to anyone suffering with being able to relax or who has trouble with their breathing or anyone wanting a bit of time out to get into a meditative state,.Sam is also extremely knowledgeable of all the health benefits that breathwork classes can have on the body when breathing is done correctly,.I will continue to do these classes for as long as they are available.
