Given one star because it's impossible in Google reviews to give zero. In my experience and opinion this is a bungling and amateurish ‘company’, which has all the hallmarks of being opportunistically run from a back bedroom. I was genuinely shocked by the proprietor’s lack of competence, which - I went on to conclude - was only surpassed by his arrogance and lack of integrity. His amateurish meddling made an already stressful situation much worse and I am so aggrieved by his bungling and outrageous dishonesty that I have reported his conduct to both the Civil Mediation Council and the Solicitors Regulation Authority. I deeply regret ever having come across this concern and would urge anyone considering using this 'service' to proceed with great caution.
