If you are looking to sign up to this recruitment agency, I advise you to find a better agency that treats their nurses as humans. The staff are horrible especially (Sebastian), no one cares about you once you are registered. Overall, terrible experience since I signed up with this agency, I regret it and it was a waste of my time.

If you’re looking for a nursing agency to join then I wouldn’t recommend Medgen. First year was all grand then bang no emails from them, no shifts then get rude and unprofessional email replies when providing proof of updated training. Not even a reply by a clinical lead when I filed a complaint. They don’t care about staff at all

Nursing staff were booked to care for my sister overnight following discharge from hospital. The staff let us down on three occasions last minute. Fortunately my sister hadn’t been brought home from hospital, this would have left us in a very unsafe position. This has caused us all a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety.Please be sure you or your loved ones have staff coming, and you are not left in an unsafe position.

Recruitment team specially a person from there that I talk it is a person who doesn’t care about anything he talks I’m professional he confuses files confuses persons I said to him are you guys looking for professionals or not yes I will call you in five minutes that’s why he said I had to call him back after three hours and he said yes I’m looking on your file I will call you in a few minutes no professional all they do have probably be great good rates bar was expecting the recruitment process to be a bit smooth and show some interest on the fact that they want staff to work for them Unfortunately is that I cannot review 0.01 minus a negative was just one star like input but I would’ve put less than that they’re not very involved with nobody they just talk saying Yeah Yeah Yeahs But in away that they are superior to human kind

If you're seeking reliability, professionalism and good support, then look no further than.... any other agency. Do not register with this agency. They do not listen, repeatedly promise work that never materialises - my mortgage company almost started repossession proceedings whilst I was awaiting an ED contract in Lothian that never did come to fruition - and when you do speak to them they genuinely sound disinterested. The booking staff sound like a bunch of bored, comprehensive school kids - there isn't a 'T' or 'H' in their vocabulary. Overall it presents as an extremely poor and unprofessional image.
