Everyone listens to bad reviews but on this occasion I really hope everyone listens to the GOOD... After my child took poorly in the doctors every single member of staff including doctors, nurses and reception staff have been amazing, I can’t thank you all enough... keep doing an amazing job!!!

They never answer the phone when they do there is no appointments I was in a car accident with my children and was advised by staff to self medicate and keep trying every day for an appointment and not to go to a n e as they are to busy .... a week! Later we managed to see a gp and he seems not to care and didn't even prescribe anything for the kids pain and only prescribed me 3 days worth of pain relief it's ridiculous he said come back in 3 days if u need more took anther 2 weeks to get an appointment to be told I can't have no more

ive just had blood took to see what was causing these burning sensations that were giving me anxiety. after phoning up for my test results i come to find that not only can my blood not be used but i have to wait another week for more blood to be taaken it is a joke and it is not profesional at all.
