    My mother ordered a MED-FIT1-TENS35, the tens machine did not work, she only uses modulation mode, so the feeling is always increasing and decreasing. On modulation, the feeling was constant. We tried all 3 modes with different pulse rate and pulse width. The light would also stay on as though it was stuck on constant. I emailed the team asking it to be returned and another sent out and the first message i received back was; "Hello SK Could you please confirm the settings you are using. Mode, pulse rate, pulse width, as we have never had a device which did not working modulation mode, but this could possibly be the first.". It sounded a little condescending to me, like they think I was lying because they've never had one back, never had a machine not work before? I doubt it, so first impressions wasn't good. Anyway, we was able to send it back after they said we can exchange it, it came back quickly with a test report saying its working correctly, I don't know if it was a new one they tested before sending it or they tested and sent the same one back. Either way, it still didn't work on modulation. My mum, me and my father tried it on high settings to make sure we can feel it, it did not modulate. They didn't test it on their skin obviously, they might have tested it electronically but my mother sent it back again in the same packaging with a letter explaining it doesn't work as we were communicating by post at this point, No reply, no refund, no exchange. This was back in may 2021, they're obviously not bothered about getting it sorted out or about their customer service, why would they, they've never had a problem before.

    Absolutely fantastic I did at first think this isn't working I'd not connected it right gave my friends a laugh I laughed turned it up to 6 didn't turner it off saw what problem was and touched pad with it on it was working got it on now I can bend and turn no twinges its heaven I still have it at 6vproberly be too high for most but I gave a high pain level due to previous self harming so can tolerate pain well that's why I knew this was the scitacacthat pain I cwntctoleratevyoure angels the delivery people dpp were Brill also and efficient and dead on time overall brill I would say to anyone who ever says to you its not working ask them to check theve put prong in right place as I thoughtvits not working thought what's this cable reread book and had a ah moment E

    Absolutely brilliant service! I had a problem with a tens machine. I rang Med-Fit & spoke to a really lovely young woman named Laura. She asked me to return the machine & the problem would be sorted free of charge & my machine would be returned straight away. It was returned & the problem fixed as quick as Laura said it would be. Bravo to Laura & Med-Fit. I have bought a few machines & a lot of accessories from Med-fit over the years & to be honest i would be lost without the pain relief my tens machine has given me. Now you sell Re - chargeable Tens & muscle massage machines I no longer have to use batteries. A big bonus. By the way the problem I had may have been my fault in the first place. Thank you so much Med-Fit & Laura.

    Customer service is unresponsive after 2 emails over several weeks. The vagus nerve stimulator came without the advertised conductive gel and the connectors break after 3 days of use or so. Poor quality all round, safe your money and nerves.

    Top class product. Arrived with charging plug cover Installed the wrong way round, phoned Richard at Med-fit. He sent out replacement machine and a prepaid jiffy bag and address label next day. Very good product. We bought a spare pack of pads as well. My wife used it today on her shoulders, time will tell as its not an overnight fix. Overall I would buy again and certainly recommend this company.

    don't get it if Unsatisfied want to return it we have to paid postage fee to them double time about £10 so cautious purchase online order
