Bought the hurdy gurdy kit. Extremely accurately cut pieces, clear instructions - Even a little hammer included in the kit, just in case the modeller doesn't have one to hand! Very satisfying to construct, and a functioning musical instrument as well as an ornamental piece. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely awful. Do not buy! You have to cut pieces to size yourself which is fiddly. Pieces don’t fit together properly. Pieces constantly snap and break. Just a complete waste of hours and hours trying to make the model fit together and money on buying this and another model at the same time. I will never be buying another one of these and will be onto the company immediately to get my money back

I have bought 7 models in total from UGears and they just keep getting better! My partner absolutely loves them and he’s always impressed by the quality. He turns into a big kid when he’s building these. Great customer service too, although I’ve never had an issue with the products themselves. As long as they keep making new models, I’ll keep buying :)

Terrible Service - ordered a model for my dad 5 days ago, on a 48 hour tracked delivery. No sign of the delivery and no communication other than the order confirmation on placing the order. Called this morning and told no advisers are available, better to email. Sent email. Still no response. Called back, told no advisers are available, expressed my frustration and told some one would call me back urgently.... still waiting for a call..... Have to give 1 star to post but they wouldn't even get that otherwise. Customer service... i think not!

A very well presented construction kit with clear diagrammatic assembly instructions. Each item is easily located on the numbered sheets of high grade plywood. The fit of components is very accurate and precise having been cut with great precision. Overall, a most satisfying product that gives great pleasure. Highly recommend.
