Visited here a few times but I stopped as I was fed up of the staff constantly trying to upsell. In one evening I had 3 different staff come to my table and ask me a total of 7 times if I wanted to buy an extra ticket…. Two members of staff both asked me 3 times throughout the night… I was getting really fed up of saying no politely when what I wanted to actually say was p**s off and stop asking. How can this be considered to be responsible gambling when you’re constantly being asked to spend more. I’ve been to other clubs and you are asked what you want when you buy your tickets and that’s it. No more pestering, no more constant asking ‘I’ve only got one left, it could be the winner, do you want it?’. It’s encouraging people to gamble money they don’t have. I won’t be returning and I’m debating raising with the gambling commission as it’s irresponsible.
