I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I certainly won’t again any time soon! The managers snap at staff, food comes out late and cold. The staff didn’t have control of the room so i couldn’t hear the numbers called which defeats the whole point of bingo night! On my way out, i saw that someone had been stopped to provide ID, and when they couldn’t do so, the manager was called over, rightfully so, and they just let the individuals through! The front desk staff was then scolded by customers then later by manager despite having challenge 25 in place. In my opinion, this is appalling and unfair. I sympathise the staff for attempting to do their job and then being told off when doing so appropriately.
