    Sarah is a true dog whisperer ! You can tell she adores dogs, and they love her back. We have done puppy classes with her which were just brilliant, especially for the first time dog owner. Now that my dog is older I take her to Sarah’s daycare and I can tell from my dog’s behaviour that she is just having the best time! Sarah also provides advise and keeps cute pictures and videos coming all day while my dog is with her, so I feel reassured and happy to see how much fun they are having. If you are looking for a dog trainer / daycare that truly cares about your pup and only uses positive reinforcement look no further !!

    Sarah has been an absolute lifesaver for us and our sanity! It was only with her 121 sessions that we've been able to determine our 3 month mini doxie's (Cava) sleeping arrangements, taught her cues to limit the biting or just to understand her better. Sarah is super reassuring for us as new pup parents, and so helpful in between sessions via message. Cava is always so happy to see Sarah and we look forward to our new lessons in January.     I couldn't recommend Sarah at highly enough. We have a super anxious sausage dog, Florence, who is easily overwhelmed. This meant she was very reactive, particularly in enclosed spaces with other dogs, meaning we had to give up going out with her to cafes, pubs etc. Sarah met with us 121, providing an assessment and really helpful advice before we booked onto the Pup in the City course for beginners. We weren't even sure if it would work out given the proximity to other dogs inside but after a few classes Florence absolutely LOVED attending and was happily co-existing with the other pups. We even started heading for a drink after the classes where Florence was able to continue the settling we'd been practising in class! We can't wait for the next Pup in the City level up course and will also be booking some more 121 sessions for ongoing support. Thanks again for your advice, patience and being such a kind and positive influence on our growing bond with Florence!

    I came across Sarah/Meatball Motel on their Instagram and attended PupInTheCity Classes with my furbaby Koda. There are not enough words to thank Sarah (and Rachel) for her patience, especially with Koda being quite an anxious dog! Koda learned a lot in the classes and we also had a private session with Sarah addressing some of his barking issues at home, and it is just so rewarding to see Koda progress due to Sarah's help. She's also amazing with support post sessions with Whatsapp Questions/Videos, so we can fine tune our training practice. Koda has now grown into a well mannered pup and gaining confidence everyday with socialising with other dogs. We have Sarah to thank for that!!!
