Firstly lets get the bad points out of the way.... this place is way to small for the amount of business it receives, the seating is so cramped and you are to close to other customers, therefore there is no privacy if your with family! The toilet facilities are not the best and could do with a refurb plus male and female should be separate and a place that allows babies and young children to dine should have baby changing facilities! Now for the good points to put in simple terms this is probably one of the best if not the best smoke house that we have been to!! The food is absolutely amazing every platter we ordered was different and all tasted soooo good!! The customer service was amazing all staff absolutely beyond helpful and attentive . Finally we believe that if the bad points were to be rectified this place would deserve no less than 5* and be the best smoke house in the UK.

What can I say… Iv lived on this earth for 28 years and I must say I have never eaten meat that looks like this…that’s taste like this… The way it just breaks in your mouth.. (mouth is watering as I’m writing this) Trust me get down there and try this food. ITS A madness. Parking: Found parking right outside the restaurant

Currently my favourite restaurant and do not see it changing it for a long time. I’ve always wanted to try Brisket and what better place than Meat&Eat. The staff are great, very welcoming and happy to talk you through the menu. It’s great that the owners don’t hide behind frontline staff and also engage with you. As I had been looking forward to this all day, I saved myself for Meat Tray 1 which has 200g brisket, 2 wings, Mac and Cheese, Coleslaw and brisket fries (comes with regular fries but I upgraded). The brisket which was a reasonable portion, was unreal, so soft and tender and just melts in your mouth. The sides also complement the brisket nicely. The only thing I would say is that the Mac and Cheese could have been a bit more creamier/cheesier but nevertheless a great meal for a fair price. Already looking forward to going back 😍

Waitress is friendly and pleasant. Food was just ok. Nothing special here. Brisket was at the bottom of my list. Beef burger was lame. Tasteless. Sausages were not great. Chips were nice and well cooked. Crazy fries were not very special. Mango mezza is a mango lassi which is not a bad thing really, tasted OK.

Food was beautiful! Despite the timing of the restaurant closing they still opened the door to use and serve us beautiful food with exceptional customer service. The ambience was calming... Would definitely recommend and come back here again!!!
