I need a boiler fixed which should be a pretty easy job fir a company like these. 7 days later still freezing and these cowboys don't have a clue about the problem. The only thing more surprising than their total incompetence is the fact that i am surprised by it!!! Total waste of time

Disrespectful and unreliable. They failed to turn up on 3 occasions and didnt even contact to let me know. On a 4th occasion i gave up a day to be available but they turned up and did absolutely nothing apart from try to rebook for another day ... yet again.
