I'm sorry if I get the name wrong, i think it was Adam. He called me on Friday to give me notice that my delivery couldn't be fulfilled for that day (this wasn't stock related. This was delivery related). It was rescheduled for the Monday which unfortunately wasn't ideal. He made a few calls and managed to get this delivered for Saturday. While it wasn't delivered on the original arranged date, Adam went above and beyond to help resolve. Delivery arrived early Saturday by Dave. Very good customer service from both Call handler and delivery driver. Simply just providing a great customer service warrants a full 5 stars from me.
