I had to return a parcel to Medway newsagents because I had ordered the wrong size. I went into the shop and explained the situation to the staff. They were very understanding and helpful. They gave me a returns receipt and then they took the parcel off my hands. The staff were very friendly and efficient. They processed my return quickly and easily. I didn't have to wait around for long at all. I was really impressed with the service I received. I would definitely recommend Medway newsagents to anyone who needs to return a parcel. They are a great local business that provides excellent customer service.

I regularly visits the shop and always been welcomed with smile by staff. They even got free ATM and EVRI parcel drop off. Only shop in reading where you can drop your big parcel because I been to another Evri shops but they refused to take it. Only meadway newsagent accepted my parcel. All staff is kind and professional. Will visit them again in future. Thanks 😀

Very attentive personnel. I went to return a parcel via Evri and the gentlemen attending informed about all the instructions for a secure return. The shop is also well organised and also they sell envelopes for parcel. Recommended for parcel services.

I had to return one of my Amazon product and they tried to charge for the packaging . I did call Amazon customer service and complain about it in front of the seller , obviously he didn't wanted to speak with Amazon customer service so I will not use again Medway newsagents again that is for sure
