Paid £5000 for a Vauxhall Combo van, after I had it a day I realised side door would not lock, phoned them and explained the issue also oil leak. They said if I got it fixed they would reimburse me . When I tried they wouldn’t even acknowledge my texts or phone calls. Do not buy anything from here, when they have your money , they don’t care

Brilliant service. I called a few times prior to putting down a deposit on a car to go see, which was an effortless experience. They didn't try to convince me to buy anything which is what you unfortunately get a lot of car dealerships, they simply passed me the keys and let me make my own evaluation and were happy to answer all questions I had. Everything was extremely straight forward and a lot of places could learn from this trader. They were happy to drive over 100 miles for home delivery and did not even bat an eyelid. Extremely impressed.

Purchased a Ford fiesta, which we wanted ot take away the same day, the lads serviced, and valeted the car for us with speed and efficiency. We have the car 6 months now and it has been a lovely, reliable, economical machine which is a pleasure to drive. I could not recommend Meadway more.

The main man was very fair with a problem I had regarding an MOT I had 10 months on the car I had from them, then when I took it for my first one it failed on a broken headlight bracket, he had my car back to repair it and put me a new MOT on, plus leant me a courtesy car for no charge, A1

The guy seemed ok but I wouldn't return to the garage. Went to Birmingham garage to see a red fiesta only to find it had no MOT, bold tyres and other problems. He offered to knock £200 of the price if I drove it away right then which I wasn't taking that risk. As a dealer he should know to have MOT's on the vehicles he advertises and sells. Bought another Red fiesta , In much better condition from another more trusting and reliable dealer for half the price of this garage.

Put a deposit on a car which needed work, agreed full asking price on condition of replacing 2 damaged panels. Sent me pictures of the repair which was filled not replaced & to a very low standard. Then mentioned they didn't have registration document. Cut mu losses & backed out of the deal/ Got deposit back but wasted hours of my life not buying it.
