Saw me within a couple of hours, got what I needed, nice well-kept place and polite friendly staff. Shame to see so many poor reviews! Maybe I was lucky? Bearing in mind it isn't unusual for people to moan about Nurses, Doctors and Receptionists about anything and everything practically..

Fantastic surgery … from reception to the medical staff , I couldn’t have had better care if I’d have been to a private practice . Thankyou so much to every one .

The doctors and nurses at this practice have always been very helpful but it’s not easy to see them when you’ve got the rudest and most ignorant reception staff I have ever had to deal with anywhere…

“WE’RE NOT HERE FOR YOU “ Face to face appointments are available to everyone 👍apparently! Computer says no is all I can say right now.. doctors and nurses (when you can get to see one) are amazing.. front desk staff, absolutely shocking! Rude! Talk over you ! Don’t let you finish and try and cut you off.. they sound p##### off constantly and are not approachable what so ever.. I’m not sure I’m aware of reception staff being medically trained , but seem to know everything and about nothing.. the receptionist couldn’t find my sons records because I needed an appointment for him, she asked what is DOB was, so I told her, she said we have no records of him sorry are you sure you have the right surgery 😂.. then she found him on the system and said we have 22nd, no it’s 23rd I replied.. she asked me if I was sure my son wasn’t born on 22nd ! Seriously! Like I said doctors and nurses are great, receptionists not so much..

This Medical centre should be shut down or current staff should be sacked. This Medical centre is such a waste of our taxes. I even tried to make a compliant but receptionist told me to write a complaint and hand over to her in the form of letter. How can I compliant about a person and handover the written complaint to the same person . Feeling gutted and helpless

Must have missed the memo when receptionists gained medical degrees and decided if you were sick enough to see a dr. I said that if the symptoms just get worse then I’ll go to A&E I suppose - no response other than ring back tomorrow (if I’m still breathing). They do not care.

I made an appointment online very easily for a non urgent condition . Appointment was with Dr Joanne Harris who was extremely professional , helpful and is a credit to the surgery.

One star is being generous. You CANNOT get an appointment. Receptionists seem to decide if your worthy of even speaking to a Dr despite symptoms on the NHS website saying even one episode of this happening could be a sign of cancer. Fobbed off with ‘ring if it happens again’. Really! So now I have to worry because the receptionist thinks ‘in her medical opinion’ it’s not worthy of even a telephone appointment. More people will end up being diagnosed later with serious illness with this attitude. And forget about getting test results. Lines are open an hour, three days a week. Tried two days and no one even answers. Spoke to receptionist and told oh yes it’s really busy I can’t help you, ring again in two days when it’s open again and I might be lucky. This is not a way to run a practice. Stop using Covid as an excuse for not seeing patients.
