My mother is at this awful place!! The food they served her yesterday at around 5pm was no more than 2 slices of bread cut into miniscule sandwiches with hardly any filling and then what I can only describe as slop in a bowl!!! Runny angel delight!!! Something less than you would feed a small child!!. On top of this ? Unless you speak with either Sarah or Denise or the lady who did the covid testing you will get no sense out of anyone and whatever you do don't call this place on a weekend for help as they do not have managers working? When I have had to call on a weekend whomever I have spoken with I have never got any sense out of anyone? All I have got is rudeness and attitude and the phone put down on me.The manager also has a bad attitude? The place needs a complete overhaul!!!

I witnessed how a particular so called Manager spoke down to clients who came in from outside and her staff were belittled and made to feel useless and was absolutely disgusted. Beware!!!!!

The manager Rosalind is very rude and aggressive in the way she speaks, I went there earlier today and she was patronising me and said a few rude words to my children this is just unacceptable behaviour. A few of the other family's that come here to see their dear ones have also said the same and it's been going on for a long time now, this manager needs to leave and learn some manors. The manager looks like she has no clue how to run anything, the temporary manager they had in place for about a month or 2 named Alex he was great and eveything a manager should be, he was very friendly and helpful, kind, and had alot of manners and respect to us visitors.

Hello, I'm just enquiring if you allow children to come and visit your residents? I have a 6 year old neice and a 4 year old nephew and we are learning about care in our community. I myself and an early years educator and would love to bring the children along to talk to and spend some time with a few older people as I feel both the older and younger generations could benifits alot from these social interactions with different ages. Thank you
