What is the check-in/check-out process?

Our check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am. Guests can pick up their keys at the front desk upon arrival and return them there upon departure. If you need to check-in or check-out outside of these hours, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.

What is the cancellation policy for cottage rentals?

For cottage rentals, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

Are pets allowed in the cottages?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in any of our cottages. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is the cancellation policy for holiday home rentals?

For holiday home rentals, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If you cancel more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

Are there any restrictions on pets or smoking in the holiday home?

We allow pets in some of our holiday homes, but not all. Please check with us before booking to see if the holiday home you are interested in allows pets. Smoking is not allowed in any of our holiday homes. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain clean and healthy accommodations for all of our guests.
