Yes, there is a cleaning fee of $100.00 that is not included in the rental price. We also require a refundable security deposit of $250.00, which will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure, provided there is no damage to the property.

How do I access the property and what is the check-in/check-out process?

We will provide you with the access code to the lockbox containing the key to the cottage. You can check in anytime after 3:00 PM on your arrival date. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on your departure date. Simply return the key to the lockbox and ensure that the cottage is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
