Joyce was helpful to start off with, took our requests and noted it on the recipiet with everything agreed on we paid our deposit and was told to come by on the Monday for the final. Final deposit was paid. Joyce reassured us everything one last time showing us what we wanted and we was happy. We asked for Jamaican colours to be infused with the flowers please tell me if the spray can was empty because we didn't see any colours. The ribbon was not noticeable and it was a different shade of green which we didn't request. Lots of gaps in the wording. The flowers where looking dry and welterd with no sponge to keep them hydrated. Was given instructions to another local florist to collect and deliver to our director's. If we had known it would of been a hassle we could of went ELES where. We called the shop for Joyce to come and fix the flowers, which she attended but poor customer service she didn't even come and apologise or even let us know she was there fixing it and if we liked the ammenments. There was no point of her coming down it looked the same. Not impressed. Her customer service on the phone was not great. If I could go back and go eles where it surely wouldn't be here. If you want a good service shop somewhere else.

Whilst returning from a long commute i encountered this spectacular exhibition of Florology. The Staff were nothing short of floral whisperers and their acumen, demeanour along with delivery exponentially and instrumentally on point. Not shopping here is to ones detriment.
