I am Naïma Jaidani sister of Ghita Jaidani who lives in your care home since one year exactly in room 111. Our biggest sister is not alone as you think. There son told us that you stopped giving her a diabetes medication so this is affect there legs so much and her social worker didn’t nothing for her I don’t know why you threat her like this since you are payed directly from her bank account. I you can’t take care of her health please call her social worker and transfer her to an other care home.

me Fouzia Jaidani sister of Ghita Jaidani who has been living in your establishment room 111 for a year, I try to contact my big sister a month ago without any answer she no longer wants to talk to me or her other sisters and brothers, today we have just learned from my nephew who resides in Canada that she is in depression and that her state of health is serious because of your negligence and your behavior and that you have stopped giving her her medicine for diabetes that her feet are not normal because I heard you stopped giving her diabetes meds. we know very well that you are doing this to get rid of her and neglect her until her death, if you are unable to treat her send her to us and we will take good care of her, know that we don't Let's not be silent, and know that she has a big family, she is not alone, we also learned that her social worker Lewis Victoria no longer does anything for her. in any case, we're going to knock on all the doors so that everyone knows what you're doing.

me Fahd Hafid son of Ghita Jaidani who has been living in your establishment room 111 for a year, I try to contact her two months ago her behavior has totally changed also she no longer answers calls from her brothers and sisters (Morocco) today I just learned from my friend in London that mum also stopped answering her phone and when she visited it she discovered that her condition is very serious and that her feet are not normal and she is a DEPRESSION because of you I learned that you had stopped giving her diabetes medication also for a year that a doctor asked her for physiotherapy and I even contacted her social worker Lewis Victoria who admitted her to your establishment she stopped answering our calls also she couldn't provide mum with the accommodation she requested also i want you to know that mum is not alone as you say she has her son in Canada and her brothers and sisters in Morocco as well as her friends in London and I accuse you of your negligence towards my mother and of treating her properly and you are all responsible for what happens to her and everything that will happen to her I will leave this comment as evidence against you as well as I will deposit it in all uk government sites even the page of the British Royal Family. Not enough staff, filthy room. Water jug full, but no cup/glass for him to use. Bathroom floor even worse. Holes in the wall, wardrobe falling to pieces. Our friends lunch arrived with filthy used cutlery, we had to wash it before he could use it. Clean and tidy Reception with visitors’ toilet kept spotless, but vulnerable residents rooms are not. This is not what is expected from Bupa and requires investigation/training,

My grandfather was put in this carehome for 6 weeks respite as recommended by our social worker as the family had been caring for him for 10 years with no rest. So it was a little break. He was a beloved family member who was never the type to complain. Daughter and Granddaughter was very attentive to his needs and everything he needed. HE DIED IN THIS CAREHOME. WITH SORES OVER HIS HAND. HOW DID THE SORES GET THERE?! THE CORONAS REPORT CAME BACK AND HIS DEATH CERTIFICATE WAS EMPTY.
