Literally the worst airline I have ever flew in and that says a lot. Completely incompetent staff, extremely rude and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never flying this airline again and don't recommend anyone to use it. They just want to milk money off from customers. Best to go to Beirut from Europe via Istanbul or Greece using the airlines from these countries. We will be better served.

came from Beirut to London. on the website they stated no PCR test required to fly if you were vaccinated in the UK. yet at the check in they refused to let me fly unless I have one and the staff insisted that the info has not been updated online. those people at the check in are gangs they work together staff, taxi drivers, and the PCR test centre. they charge $100 dollar test, $60 dollar for two miles journey. NEVER BOARD WITHOUT PCR TEST THEY ARE STARVING FOR MONEY.
