WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone came here to take maths exam shamshad put on English gcse then charged me £100 extra to move me on to maths. Abid was the only one who was supportive Mehdi and Shamshad would keep giving wrong exam dates and was confusing the students. After giving them the right date of birth they still wrote the wrong one on my exam certificate made me go through alot to get things sorted. Mehdi and Shamshad need more training asking tthem a normal question they would get irritated and shout DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I only come here for a math exam, I did my own revision. The staff here are so miserable and rude. Especially the main Asian lady who I think might be in charge. I remember I had a concern because I was given an international paper, I raised my hand and explained to her and she yelled at me for two minutes straight? I was shocked as I was not expecting this sort of response. I honestly wanted to storm out but I had payed for this exam and I would have to wait a whole year for the next exam. I felt very irritated and uncomfortable the whole exam because of her attitude towards me. Thankfully, I did well though. She does not know how to deal with young people and this shows. I think she is also racist because the way she was talking to the black boys was very arrogant and condescending. She just kept glaring at them waiting to snap for the smallest reason. The worst thing is she does not know any of us as we had only booked for this exam and never attended her tuition sessions. Don't provide service to people from different backgrounds if you cannot stand them. Especially as an ethnic minority you should know better and what goes around comes back around. Disgusting, I hope she sees this comment and thinks twice about the way she speaks and treats people.
