We began working with Matt in July 2022, after meeting with several other architectural companies and choosing MDT to work with. Matt has offered us a great service, and has communicated with us in a timely manner throughout the design phases. At the beginning he provided us with a full breakdown of the fees involved, and he has been willing to share his years of knowlegde when we have asked questions. We have recently used MDT to design an extension to our 1930's house, from the initial free discussion to now being at the building regs stage we have found Matt to be quick to understand our vision of what we wanted but also offer suggestions,to ensure the plans meet our needs and expectations. Work on the plans was done quickly and efficiently and if we were not sure of anything it was clarified or altered as needed. The prices for the design and submission to planning authorities were clearly stated at the start of the project. MDT has been an efficient company to carry out our work and I get the feeling that Matt has a wide client base in the area. We would certainly recommend MDT.
