Called MDS Heating as my outside boiler flue was dripping when the heating and hot tap was on, Martin was friendly, professional, helpful and put my mind at ease as he explained everything in full detail and how much it was going to cost. Martin from MDS heating was fantastic and his service was above and beyond in dealing with our boiler issue. Our boiler suddenly stopped working and lost power last Monday (21/12). Tried around a dozen companies throughout Warrington and they were either closed or booked up until First week of January. Put out a message on Checkatrade and Martin got back to us early evening. He had just finished work but travelled in his own time to come and look at our issue. He worked out the Pump had gone and came back very prompt the next day to fit it. Then we had a problem with the hot water and he managed to come back on the Thursday to sort that out for us. Martin saw that we have young children so he certainly went the extra mile to make sure we had our problem fixed with our heating before the Christmas break. I would certainly recommend MDS heating and in particular Martin to anybody who had boiler/Hot water issues as you are guaranteed 1st class service and a dedicated technician to fix the problem.
